Overview
Vivasoft is seeking experienced SAP HANA Payroll Consultants with strong expertise in Dutch payroll to work on enterprise-scale EU projects. The role involves handling end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a modern SAP landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Dutch-specific wage types, schemas, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
- Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processes, including monthly runs, retro calculations, and off-cycle payroll
- Ensure compliance with EU and Dutch statutory regulations and reporting standards
- Support year-end payroll activities and statutory audits
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex SAP HANA payroll issues
- Collaborate on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations to ensure smooth data flow
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA Payroll
- Proven experience in Dutch payroll processing and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Dutch tax laws, social insurance, and labor regulations
- Expertise in payroll configuration, schema customization, and PCR development
- Experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors integration is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
